My autotuner

This is the inside of the YT-1200 from LDG, it handles up to 100 Watt between 4 and 1000 Ohm between 1.8MHz and 54 MHz. So far it never left me in the woods.

Although the Yaesu FT-991 already has an antenna tuner and you may find it strange that I still have the autotuner next to the receiver, so the natural question is, why do you need it? The answer is that my current HF antenna is not designed to work at 80m, 17m and 15m, with the autotuner I am able to work on those bands, the ATU in the Yaesu can only handle the 40, 20 and 10m band with the present end-FED dipole.
